"In the best of hands"

About: Albany Health Campus / Medical and Children's Ward

(as a relative),

My parent was admitted to this ward recently. All nursing staff were so considerate, not only towards my parent's needs, but also to mine.

Through such a challenging time, I felt they were able to comfort me as they demonstrated that my parent was in the best of hands. They kept me informed at all times and answered all my questions with confidence.

Really appreciated it.

Shoutout to Libby, Stuart, Mark, Kate, Christine and Fiona.
