(as a relative),

Took my spouse to the Emergency Department (ED) recently in Carnarvon as couldn't get in to see a doctor.

Their care was excellent in my opinion. I believe they had a few other emergencies when we arrived but it seemed they did not hesitate to attend to my spouse as quickly as possible. I felt everyone was very kind & thoughtful. No one seemed to be under stress, I felt they all knew their job and the teamwork was the best I have seen in ED. I have been to bigger hospitals in cities where they did not work as well in my opinion.

From nurses to doctors, they all did their bit with no effort needed. We were there for 8 hours so I believe we saw the best in their teamwork efforts through busy times and when it got a little quiet.

I would recommend anyone to visit this hospital and know they would have the best of care. I felt everyone was very helpful & polite, explaining everything they were doing with no effort required. Thank you everyone there, for your care and patience, and understanding what needed to be done and did it with no stress or need for effort, making our visit very comfortable.

Well done guys - excellent patient care.
