I would just like to say thanks to Bass Coast Health staff for the care they showed. I was just sitting on the ground waiting and so many stopped to make sure I was ok 👌 A credit to the hospital.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am very proud that our staff lead with kindness and care and they know that in a health service setting, someone lying on the ground is usually a bad thing, so I'm glad they looked out for you.
