"The service I received"

About: PathWest Mirrabooka Collection Centre

(as the patient),

Went to get blood tests for upcoming Chemo treatment. I was not acknowledged on arrival, was made to wait even though nobody in the waiting room.

In my opinion, it was rude, curt, unprofessional service. I felt everything was too much bother. I personally, wouldn't waste my time with this centre.

Dear octansrs44,

Thank you for providing this feedback on the service you received at our Mirrabooka collection centre. I do apologise that you felt you were unacknowledged and dealt with in a discourteous manner. As a health service provider, we do endeavour to provide good customer service to our consumers, and even in such a busy and anxious time for our health care workers, we should always be kind, courteous and professional.

Our Manager of Collection Services has spoken with all staff at this centre, and provided a reminder of our expectations for customer experience at all times.

I do hope this is a one-off bad experience, and that any future encounters with us are much more satisfactory.

Kind regards,

Tracy Dixon
Acting General Manager
