"A special thanks"

About: Geraldton Hospital

(as the patient),

My spouse and I were recently treated for Coronavirus in the Midwest of WA.

After returning home from a Cruise in early March my spouse tested positive to the Coronavirus. Amazingly I was negative and have remained that way thank goodness.

My spouse has now received a negative test as well so are going about our lives in line with government guidelines.

The health department overall did an excellent job considering all the confusion surrounding this pandemic.

A special thank you to Amy who communicated with us regularly by phone her manner was exceptional, she was as helpful as possible and had the utmost respect and dignity.

Dear Survived,

Thank you for writing to compliment the care you and your spouse received during this stressful time for you both. I am very happy to hear about the good news with the test results and I hope your spouse is feeling lots better.

Amy and all our staff are working hard to provide our community with high-quality care during the pandemic and your story shows how they demonstrated our values of compassion and integrity to provide you with the support needed to self-isolate and recover. Please be assured that we will pass your feedback on to Amy and the staff.

Thank you again for getting in touch. I wish you all the very best.

Kind Regards,
