I have to comment about the great care provided to me from the Collie Hospital (WA).

Given the challenges the health services is facing with COVID-19 and their restrictions and increased demands on our responses at Collie Hospital, I felt everyone appeared to be working over and above their role to improve outcomes for everybody.

I had a need to call front reception/switch for support and the lovely Wendy answered to assist me. She was helpful, engaging, very easy to work with, and I found that she met my needs appropriately, quickly and politely. I also found out that she has been recently mobilised from another area to I believe assist the shortfall in that reception area.

Good on you Collie Hospital, Wendy and the amazing staff you have there working to keep us safe. 

Paige is doing an amazing Nurse Unit Manager role and in my opinion, valued by all.
