"Neurology Appointment"

I recently had an appointment booked with my regular doctor, only to have the appointment done by another individual whom I had never seen before, as my doctor has always done the consult themselves (which I am extremely grateful for), despite my doctor being present in the office at the time.

It felt like the individual talking to me had no clue as it seemed they were constantly reading from my file. They also left the office on two separate occasions to speak with my regular doctor. I had a couple of concerns that I wanted to discuss with my doctor, which I mentioned one of them to the individual doing the consult but it seemed to be ignored.

The whole thing felt like a complete waste of time, in my opinion, leaving me very disappointed and feeling somewhat worthless.

We cannot guarantee that you always see the same doctor but please accept my sincere apologies that you felt the doctor you saw made you feel as if it was a waste of time and you did not feel listened to.
