Hi, I would like to bring special attention to Diane who works on the reception desk at Murdoch Hospital. 

She is an amazing person, in my opinion, who showed so much care and compassion to me upon my visit. I feel she went out of her way to assist me and made me feel very comfortable and secure. 

Furthermore, the lady also taking the blood was simply amazing; a great experience. I know they can't take gifts, however, I would have loved to take them in coffee and flowers, however, please pass on this amazing service and be proud. You have such an amazing team at the front line.
