My twins recently underwent surgery at Box Hill Paediatric ENT; they had grommets inserted and one also had their adenoids removed.

From the moment we arrived, I felt we were looked after, everything explained and we felt confident and reassured about the procedures. The procedures were performed promptly and the twins were well looked after in recovery and bounced back in no time at all.

The level of care we received was amazing, in my opinion. The staff were awesome and looked after us every step of the way. Sally and her colleagues, I believe, are a great team of people and a credit to the hospital.

Thank you for making the whole process so seamless and easy for us.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your comments and feedabck regarding the experience you and your twins had recently when they underwent surgery at Eastern Health's Box Hill Hospital.

Whilst I trust your children are recovering well from surgery and the grommets are working, this would not have been an easy experience for you all. It will give me great pleasure to share your feedback with Sally, her team and manager so they see first hand what this has meant for you and your twins. Your comments certainly make me feel very proud to work with such wonderful people.
