A very special note to say thank you, Elmira, for your outstanding and excellent patient service, in my opinion; not forgetting your friendly, caring, understanding and helpful nature whenever I am at Save Sight, which is basically twice a month. 

Thanks for always, in my opinion, going the extra mile, beyond the call of your duty to help, even over the phone as well, without any hesitation. 

I am humbled, grateful and touched beyond words. I really, truly and sincerely appreciate all your time and effort. Keep up and continue your wonderful terrific career. All the very best!

Dr Peter McCluskey (Professor & Chair of Ophthalmology, Director Save Sight Institute) was delighted to read your story, which highlights what the SSI Clinic team, both individually and collectively, does so well.

The flexibility, enthusiasm, positivity and teamwork displayed during this unprecedented time has been very impressive and staff such as Elmira going the extra mile is what sets them apart.
