About: Youth Outreach Drug & Alcohol (YODA) – Gold Coast (Lives Lived Well)

(as the patient),

When I came into the program I was heavily dependent on substances as a way of distracting from how I was feeling. Steffy helped me to understand how the drugs I was using were affecting my emotions and provided incredibly helpful guidance to help me cut back on my use and find alternatives that I believe has significantly improved my mood and general well-being.

I can happily say that I have significantly cut back on my usage thanks to her support. :)
