(as a service user),

I just wanted to say how wonderful the nursing staff, anaesthetic staff and Surgical staff were during my booked admission for an abdominal hysterectomy last week. I felt they were caring, supportive and kept me informed at every opportunity. I felt well cared for and able to relax and be the patient for once! 

There was a particular graduate nurse, Steph, who was outstanding in my opinion. Her attention to detail, obviously love for her vocation and clinical skills, I believe were an asset to the team. She was very busy but never made you feel that you were a burden, taking her time to offer outstanding nursing care. 

Thank you all for doing a wonderful job, it was very much appreciated and Rockingham Hospital is a very well run hospital, in my opinion, mostly with a small and friendly feel to it. 

Please pass on my appreciation.

Our staff are dedicated to providing the highest standard of service and care to all patients and it is wonderful to see this reflected in your comments.
