"Rude Staff"

We were at PathWest in Mt Lawley. We said we have an appt, then they told us we come here first so they don't take appt. We gave the staff member the paper that they said us to come at the time of our appt. The staff member said you come to the wrong place. They went inside and check and told us to come in. In my opinion, they were too rude to my elderly client, they told my client to do the urine then leave it in there. My client left in there then the staff member said why don't you bring it outside.

Imagine, just right in the morning, meeting, in my opinion, the rude and horrible person like this working for PathWest. This is not the right job for this person in my opinion and I feel they have no experience of dealing with older people.
