About: Tom Price Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the two lovely child health nurses at the Tom Price hospital. Their service is absolutely impeccable, in my opinion, and I feel I couldn’t have asked for better support while dealing with my child. 

Not only have they given their best towards my child but I feel they also helped me out enormously. You can see that they love their job and helping people. Keep up the amazing work!

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this feedback regarding your experience at Tom Price Hosptial.

It is encouraging to know that the members of the Community Health nursing team provided you with the support and help needed. In Population Health we strive to provide a service of the highest possible standard. The staff are cognisant of the fact that many of our clients and especially young families are often living many miles away from family and friends.

I am very proud of the Community Health team who consistently demonstrate empathy and professionalism when caring for our consumers. Feedback such as you provided lets our staff know how appreciated they are, and encourages them to continue to provide excellent consumer-centred care.

Once again, thank you for sharing your experience and I wish you and your family all the best.
