My sibling was taken into care there, I'm overseas and too far away to visit. I wanted to know how they were settling in as I was worried about them. They didn't even show me the courtesy of answering my email.
Luckily, in the end, some of my family in Australia let me know how they were, and so they are keeping me in touch with my sibling's progress. I was quite disappointed in Carinity's lack of response, I'd heard they were a good home and took very good care of their residents. I only hope it's better than the compassion they show to those resident's concerned loved ones.
