I must commend the, I believe, Irish girl who helped me today. I didn't get her name. She was so efficient, in my opinion, all while sorting out my upcoming appointments.

I felt heard and treated with dignity. Such a pleasure to have dealt with her and what a representation of the health service. Please pass this on to her as she deserves to be recognised. Thank you.
