"My spouse with a fractured femur"

My spouse fractured their femur early this year. Tweed Hospital repaired the fracture by inserting a rod, about a week after, my spouse was transferred to another hospital where they stayed for 5 weeks approx. After the 5 weeks, my spouse was given an x-ray where they found another break under the first fracture, this was completely missed. 

My spouse then had to return back to Tweed Hospital, have the rod removed and a longer rod inserted, then back to the other hospital, where stayed for another few weeks. Not one person apologised or acknowledged what had happened. 

My spouse who now has Physio 4 times a week which we pay for ourselves, it would have been nice for Tweed Hospital to have offered to pay a bit towards that for them. None of this my spouse's fault and we feel completely let down by Tweed Hospital.
