To Karen and Kate at the Manjimup Emergency Hospital, 

I can not thank you two lovely ladies enough for all your kindness you showed towards not only me but my parent too.

Arriving late at night with a severe nut allergy and with abdominal pain, Karen immediately jumped to our service with the utmost professionalism and genuine sincerity.  

Karen helped with pain management and comfort. I wish all nurses were as kind and sincere as you were Karen. Thanks also to Kate who was also busy at another section of the hospital.
