I would like to thank the great team at the cardio cath lab and the short stay unit.

The service I received from all the team in the cardio cath lab was excellent. From the team in the lab and the ob area after the angiogram. The nurse I had in the ob Area was wonderful. Offered me something to eat and drink after the angiogram and the care until I was sent back to the short stay unit.

I also like to thank the staff in the short stay unit.

The care I received was also amazing. From being offered both food and drink to the half-hour obs.

Shannen (I hope I spelt her name right) was so caring around offering me a second drink and also a drink to my friend who was with me until I was discharged. I felt she had a great sense of humour.

So many thanks to great team that attended to me at Sir Charles Gairdner.

We are very privileged to have highly skilled and dedicated medical and nursing staff working at “Charlies” and are very grateful that you have taken the time to acknowledge the excellent care you received from both the teams during your stay.

I have forwarded your feedback to the teams involved in your care so that they can see how much you appreciated their support during your time in Cardiac Cath Lab and subsequent admission to SSU.
