"Test results going missing"

In my opinion, test results going missing is not on! 

I ordered an iodine test and I’m on thyroid medication. Have just started that and after three weeks they still have not got my results so I called up and they said they misplaced the results but they will follow them up. Realistically if someone is having very bad pain and has started on thyroid medication, I believe doctors and clinics need to be vigilant not to lose people’s results and blood work because if they lose the blood then they can’t get the proper care and help.

Sometimes I think Australia is a third world country with our medical system up here! I’m in Darwin Australia and in my opinion, it is the worst!
