"Waiting too long"

About: Karratha Health Campus

(as a service user),

My friend and I went to Karratha Health Campus for chest X-ray examination, the reception asked us to wait, but after one and a half hour waiting, it seemed everyone finished their examinations, I believe even those that came much later than us, so we asked the reception staff how long we need to wait. They just said, they know we are here and it won't be long. We could not do anything but to wait, then, after one more hour, was still waiting…
