"Great care by Helen"

Impressed with the care received. My parent (who is somewhat of a challenging character), was recently in the care of the Sydney Eye Hospital Drs and Nurses for approximately a week. In trying to ensure they received a holistic view of their required care, I had the pleasure of speaking with Helen not just once, but multiple times over the course of one particular day. This is because when she realised what further issues my parent may have had with their Diabetes, she made an effort to contact the correct Drs (including my parent's GP) to discuss a care plan, as she knew they needed certain attention.

In my opinion, Helen was a perfect example of what dedicated and passionate individuals exist in our Medical system. She was polite, calm, understanding and informative. Mostly, she was compassionate and followed through with her commitment to keep me updated through the course of the day. I appreciate her, and the obvious great people/customer care ethic she has. Please offer up my thanks to Helen for all her help.
