Was my first experience as a patient, not a health worker. Cannot speak highly enough of how well I was looked after from beginning to end of care. Had never quite grasped how important kind, professional treatment is when you are miserable and distressed. Special thanks to Terry (porter), Amy & Dr Jay (ED), Anne (Theatre), Jenny & Carrie (SSU).

It is a wonderful thing to receive positive feedback, and even more so when it's from a health care worker because you know exactly what should and shouldn't happen! I think you have nailed it - kindness and professionalism will make all the difference, every time. I know that our ED team was pretty stoked when our ED Director cut and paste your feedback to the team this afternoon so thank you for taking the time to let us know what you thought!!
