Recently my daughter needed assistance to fly home from Perth after having their baby. In my opinion, numerous, unnecessary complications arose from the Perth end causing distress and worry.

I would like to acknowledge Alex from PATS Kalgoorlie for, in my opinion, going way beyond his job description and sorting everything out so they could fly home. Alex was not only professional but kind, supportive and very organised. Thanks to him, my daughter and grandchild flew home in a timely fashion. Alex is a credit to PATS Kalgoorlie, and our family thank him.

My apologies in the delay in responding to you, I was very sorry to read that perhaps your daughters return to Kalgoorlie was not as stress free as we would have liked, but I was so happy that you shared with us how helpful Alex from the Kalgoorlie PATS team was, I will be very happy to share this with him and the team as they do a wonderful job.

I do hope that all is going well with your daughter and new grandchild and that you are all enjoying the new baby.
