(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My parent was transferred from rehabilitation to Bed Based Transition Care Program (TCP) Bed at Kirrak House.

I felt the Kirrak NUM and TCP Case Manager were supportive to my parent's care needs.

Discharge Planning to Kirrak House from TCP was appreciated by the family and I believe my parent was happy at Kirrak House as the staff were very caring.

The Kirrak staff are amazing and they care deeply for their residents and I know they will be very appreciative of your feedback. I hope things are going OK for you and for your loved one.
