I believe my parent was left on their own in their room all day, every day.
Based on my observations, it seems no effort was made to shower them or treat their burn wound. In my opinion, the staff are unhelpful, and I believe they managed to lose my parent's phone within a short space of time, nobody could manage to find it, which, in my opinion, says a lot about their cleaning routine!
