"Installation of smart monitoring system"

About: Wheatbelt Aged Care

(as a carer),

Recently, an administration officer at the Northam Regional Hospital in the Central Wheatbelt named Tanaya installed a smart monitoring system (InteliLiving package) at my parent's house.

She did this with the utmost professionalism and a very cheerful manner, which did much to assure my parent that their decision to agree to the installation - rejected by many of their peers on the basis, I believe, of fears that it may breach their privacy in some way - was, in fact, the right way to go.

Dear octanstr78,

Thank you for your lovely feedback. Tanaya is a valuable member of our Aged Care team and we are always happy to support and assist our older community and their families in any way we can.

It is great to hear that your parents felt assured. This was a great incentive from the Commonwealth CHSP funding to assist in keeping our older community safe, supported and independent in their own homes both during this COVID pandemic and for future.

I will take great pleasure in passing on your kind words to Tanaya.

Best wishes,

Lisa Biglin

A/Aged Care Manager Wheatbelt
