I felt both annoyed and uncomfortable. I was told to arrive 15 minutes early for a radiology appointment to allow for COVID Assessment. I had to wait for staff to arrive as it seems they did not allow for their own COVID assessment.
I felt it was very bad customer service to be greeted by staff in their puffer jackets. In my opinion, if they are due to start at a certain time, I would expect them to be in their scrubs and ready for patient arrival.
I felt very uncomfortable to have a CT scan with my jeans at my knees and no covering provided. I presume the hospital is trying to save on linen costs but surely a gown could be given? I was offered a blanket to cover myself but I feel it did not materialise. Was told the procedure was quite quick.
