I want to extend my thanks to the Day Procedure Unit and Endoscopy Unit at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. I was made to feel involved in my care and was never left wondering what was going to happen. All staff were extremely caring and listened to my needs. They worked so well in a busy environment and really had a cohesive team. My procedure went very smoothly and I have had a very good recovery. Well done to them!
