I have had a wonderful experience with placement of a patient that had been in hospital (that I work at) for 650 days prior to placement with this service. This patient has had 5 previous placements that failed and I believe, all had negative things to say about this individual. This facility was the first place in 5 years of working with this patient where I heard anyone say they are perfect. Throughout the discussion, Trudi continued to refer to the patient as "oh they are perfect for us, no problem, oh they sound perfect". It was joyful to hear this feedback and the patient's feedback once admitted was "it is very nice, it is very nice, it is very nice"
"Placement acceptance"
