"Amazing doctors and nurses!"

(as the patient),

So I have had two injuries on separate hands, and I've already provided constructive feedback for the hand clinic wait times. But have not provided feedback on how amazing this hospital is.

Dr Sean and Dr Sarah are fantastic. They are seriously magicians in my opinion, I believe it's almost unbelievable what they can do. All the nurses and registrars are also phenomenal. I always get amazing care and I hope this reaches them. 

Thank you for fixing my accidents. I sincerely do appreciate all that has been done for me :)

It is wonderful to hear your appreciation on your care and the exceptionally skilled and compassionate staff we have in the Hand Unit. Although you have been frustrated by waiting times and communication, it is very gratifying that you have taken the time to acknowledge the excellent treatment you are receiving.
