I brought my young child to the Dental Therapy Centre for the first time for a check-up. In the following sessions, the dentist, Dr Gino, explained every procedure to my child and I before commencing the treatment and this reduced the anxiety and reassured us greatly. The staff was kind and caring.

In addition, there was also great teamwork displayed between Dr Gino and the dental assistant, allowing procedures to go smoothly. I also observe very precise work and strict hygiene practices in the clinic. Cleaning of surfaces regularly and sanitising hands often. My child really appreciates the gifts and stickers after each treatment and I am happy to say that in my opinion, there will no longer be any fear or anxieties prior to future dental check-ups.

Thank you for taking the time to share your child’s positive experience following a visit to one of our Dental Therapy Centres.

I was very pleased to hear the staff who treated your child were caring, friendly and kind. It’s great to see the teamwork and the dedication of the dental staff acknowledged. The staff do make the extra effort to ensure young children feel safe and don’t get anxious when visiting for a dental check-up.

I will share your appreciation with the school dental service staff and I know they will be pleased to hear they contributed to such a positive experience for you and your child.
