We saw Janette for our child health appointments. She was so great and provided lots of great advice, encouragement and practical tips for me. I can’t wait to go back and see her.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback about your recent experience with Janette from the Esperance Community Health nursing team. I am glad to hear you have felt so supported by her.

Janette, like all our Community Health Nurses, is very aware of the importance of taking time to ensure that parents have all of the relevant and up-to-date health information and support to enable them to care for their children and give them the best start in life.

We recognise that parenting can be challenging at times and our community health nurses strive to ensure parents are well informed in understanding all aspects of child development and develop parenting skills that are tailored to their needs. I am glad to hear the assistance you received was positive for you.

Thank you to both yourself and your child for your commitment to this important health program. I will ensure that Janette is aware of your kind feedback.
