"Bendigo Hospital Short Stay Ward."

May I thank members of the staff, from the reception to the porter, Mark, who gave me an extra warm blanket before taking me to the theatre, for their care and professionalism. The music on entering the ward was a harp and being given a warm blanket by a smiling Sister, certainly made me feel more relaxed and comfortable.

May I also thank Dr Andrew, and indeed all the operating staff for their kindness and care that certainly eased my quiet anxiety. I am indeed very grateful to them.

Having worked in a NSW teaching hospital, I feel we are extremely fortunate to have such medical care in our region and although my stay was short, I know from experience that the care given to others, I believe, has been one of the same high standard given to me.

I have also taken the opportunity to write my personal thanks to Mr David.
