(as a relative),

We were at Busselton Hospital recently in the morning for my spouse's eye operation. Unfortunately, they don't remember all of the nurses' names but Trish and Cheryl were two of them. We were very appreciative of the nurses who attended to my spouse during the course of their operation, on entrance in the morning until midday. I'd also like to thank Dr Russell, although I have also contacted him through email expressing my heartfelt thanks. We'd also like to mention the anaesthetist, Sven who was also wonderful, and all the other staff that we interacted with that day. You were all just outstanding. Thank you.
