First of all I would like to thank all of our doctors and nurses, especially at this moment in time for everything they are doing. In my opinion, it is a stressful time for everyone, but to be in or near hospitals is a risk and tensions are high.

In saying that my parent had to have eye surgery and from start to finish people were friendly and helpful. I picked up my parent and when I entered I was asked questions to make sure I wasn't sick and asked if I visited certain locations that had had outbreaks,  which was so organised and helpful. The two ladies who helped my parent after surgery, Melody and Bronwyn, were in my opinion the upmost professional, lovely and genuinely thoughtful.

I believe we are very lucky in this country for the best healthcare and am very grateful to all involved today. As I said to them gold stars all round. Thank you for your service and patience with any people who are impatient. I highly recommend anyone to Macquarie Eye hospital.

I agree, the current COVID 19 situation does intensify everyone’s stress levels, especially in a hospital environment. Thank you for acknowledging the wonderful staff we have, from the front entrance screening desk to the Day Procedure Unit. It is especially gratifying to hear the staff were friendly and helpful. Melody and Bronwyn will be thrilled to hear of your feedback and will receive a HERO certificate for their part in your parents care.

Alan the pleasure is all mine! This the second eye surgery my parent has had at Macquarie Eye hospital. The first one was also fantastic service. I work with the public and I know how hard it can be, let alone under these circumstances. I wish I remembered the other nurses and doctors from previous surgery, they too were so patient, friendly and made us all at ease, (before COVID). I honestly feel terrible I can't include them in this as well!

I think it is important that we acknowledge the good and appreciate how lucky we are in Australia.

Great idea to have this to tell them "thank you" for their service and my gratitude from all of us, especially my parent.🤗
