(as a relative),

On behalf of myself and my family I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the nurses and staff of Ward 6B, St. George Hospital, Kogarah.

My parent who is elderly was admitted to this ward recently. They were suffering from pneumonia and related cardiac problems.

The care and attention my parent received during their stay was exceptional. Congratulations to all concerned. You are all very much appreciated.

Although I cannot remember all names of all the staff I met when visiting my parent, I do remember some. So, a special thank you to Lilybelle, Leanne, Kate, Brooke and Liz. Apologies to others not named. You are not forgotten.

My parent has recovered well and is now in permanent residency in an excellent caring facility.

Thank you to all concerned with my parent's care and treatment during their stay in Ward B.

Thank you for your very kind words of thanks to the staff of 6B. I was very moved to read of the exceptional care and attention that was provided to your parent. It can be very challenging having a loved family member in hospital and I was so pleased to read of your experience.

I will make sure that your kind words are passed on to the staff of 6B and in particular, those you have mentioned. I really appreciate you taking the time to recognise their efforts.
