I had my child at Box Hill Hospital almost 3 years ago now. I had always meant to send a message of thanks but didn't get around to it. I still have a note in my phone with all the names I could remember from my visit and figured it was never too late!
In the lead up to my child's birth, I had a few visits to the Fetal Maternal Assessment Clinic (FMAC). Peta and Jodie were wonderful, so calming.
In the birthing suite Jane, Louisa, Lily, Andrea and Catrina (doctor) were beyond fantastic!
In the special care nursery Gwen, Julie, Nancy, Sophie, Lyn, Deb (NUM), Linda, Alec, Grace, Rachel, Joy (cleaner who sterilised my little baby's soother every day), Jen, Alyce, Denise, Christina and Amber all made our week with them smooth and comfortable.
I also had the names Trina, Robyn and Julia written down as midwives who assisted me so they must've been wonderful too!
Basically, I just had such a great experience. It was a crazy time with some twists and turns and all of these amazing people helped me through. I am so thankful and based on my experience, would recommend Box Hill to anybody having a baby.
