(as a service user),

First-time mum, labour did not go to plan. I found it quite traumatic.

The beautiful staff at the Angliss (MGP, Birthing Suite, Theatre and Postnatal) supported me, my Bub and my partner from the very beginning! Could not have asked for more respectful, caring and empathetic staff!

During such a crazy time (COVID) you can see how dedicated they are to their job and can see the toll this pandemic has put on our essential workers. Thank you for going above and beyond, for not only my care but for my partner and baby as well! Cannot thank the staff enough!

Thank you so very much for taking the time to share these comments regarding your experience at Eastern Health's maternity service at Angliss Hospital. Congratulations to you and your partner on the birth of your first bub - such an exciting and momentous time!

The team have clearly made a huge impact on your birth experience and it will give me great pleasure to share your comments with the various teams involved and also their managers!

The pandemic has provided many challenges to health care workers, patients, families and the community in general and it's so clear to me the team had the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility within their practice!

I trust the family is getting used to a life centered around the needs of your bub and enjoying every minute of it!
