"Triage process"

About: Werribee Mercy Hospital / Maternity

(as a parent/guardian),

Came here for the blood test, urine test and ultrasound before 5 hours, till nothing happened. Werribee Mercy might have less staff or something else, I don’t know.. But in my opinion, you guys need to understand patients waiting in front of the reception for their turn from last, more than 5 hours. 

If you guys don’t have enough time to see the patient, then, in my opinion, you should return their money. Another thing is, that why the Werribee Mercy Hospital takes money before the treatment? If we have to give money before, then I believe Werribee Mercy Hospital must see the patient waiting in the reception area in Emergency or in my opinion, hire more staff to see other patients also. At one stage, Werribee Mercy Hospital starts checking others patients... in my opinion, this is completely wrong.
