About: Albany Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

Yesterday I had to take my elderly parent to Albany Health Campus Emergency Department. We were there for about 7 hours, during which time the care and respect with which we were treated was truly fantastic. The Doctors and nurses were so professional and empathetic. I can’t thank them enough....and a thumbs up to the orderly who thoughtfully brought us a cuppa and sandwich.
