"Emergency dental treatment"

About: Dental Services (Bass Coast Health)

(as a service user),

Currently, I believe it takes 5 weeks to see a dentist at the Wonthaggi Dental Hospital for urgent dental treatment. I find this absurd to wait 5 weeks when urgent treatment is required.

Dear sigmans96,

Firstly, please accept my apologies for not getting my response to you earlier. In fact, I submitted a response on the day that you sent your email, but for some reason, it didn't make its way back. I am very sorry about that!

In my initial response, I asked you to call me on 0472846355 so that I could put you in touch with our senior dentist. Whilst our Dental services have been reduced due to COVID, we are able to facilitate access to other dental services for emergency and urgent needs. I don't know why this wouldn't have been facilitated for you so please call me so that I can. Apologies once again for my delayed response.

Kind Regards,

Jan
