"Incompetence"

My parent went into an aged care facility for a short-term respite stint. Over a week after their arrival, I believe they have been neglected in so many ways.

In my opinion, the food is disgusting and my parent does not get asked daily what they would like to eat.

I also understand that their room had only been cleaned once since they arrived.

My parent is fairly independent, not needing a lot of help, but when they do need it, I believe no one comes to assist. I had to call the facility myself to get someone to come to their aid. In my opinion, this is not good enough.

I believe the incompetence is beyond ridiculous and, in my opinion, would be surprised if they were to pass an audit.
