"Efficiency and friendly attitude"

I would like to praise the efficiency and friendly attitude from all the staff at Wyong Public Hospital, starting in the pre-admission then the pre-op nurse.

She was so full of energy and managed to make me laugh, even though I was a bundle of nerves. Then the very patient anaesthetist and finally the very calming Dr Mark... such a wonderful team. I woke up in recovery with this very soothing voice from this lady with red and curly hair laughing too, as I thought she was an angel.

Then I was sent to Ward 2 where I was lucky, again, to be in the care of Rachael. She is a real credit for this hospital. She was wearing a smile on her face at all time and so patient with everyone. I am one of these people who don't like hospitals but she made my stay very comfortable... and even though I believe she was tired, she was still smiling.

The physio is also amazing. She made me smile with her very funny no-nonsense.

Thank you again to all the staff. Sorry if I don't remember everyone's name. Keep up the great work!
