"Pelvic pain and bowel problems"

I saw the lovely Donna at first, once a week then over to every three weeks. She helped me learn additional techniques on breathing and stretching and releasing internal rotators and such which has been getting me through my wait to see the colorectal and gyny team at another hospital for severe endometriosis adhesions surrounding bowels and tummy zones.

As a side effect and accidental find, for me, she enabled me to also determine another cause of my left-sided hip pain which chiropractor, Osteo’s etc haven’t been able to treat, by showing me a simple way to stretch and release the relevant internal stomach muscles which were super tight and I have been able to do a few small runs for the first time in years.

I cannot speak highly enough of her skill. I also loved seeing her as I feel she’s an amiable and warm human who saw me in my darkest moment and also saw me coming out the brighter side. I believe that without her, I would still be in the dark.
