I have to say that I wish Dr Melinda was there every time I need health care assistance. Last time I attended I was treated by at least three other clinicians, however, in my opinion, none of the three can compete with the care and professional services provided by Dr Melinda. I was left with a big bruise on my hand after the three of them failed to be able to take a proper blood example from myself... and I felt it was incredible dodgy and unprofessional. 

This sad experience made me think about my previous attendance at the hospital where Dr Melinda was so lovely and professional that I felt like buying her flowers or a gift. I believe it's so rare to find Doctors with such amazing attitude towards patients, and despite her many hours of being working, she showed no signs of tiredness detach or anything negative as other staff I have had interacted with usually display at St George hospital in my opinion. 

I think it should not go unnoticed by NSWHealth that there are wonderful staff there that we are always looking for, and once touched by their magic hands, we never forget about. Her tender care eased all my pain allowed me to trust her 100% and removed all stress from my unfortunate situation at the time and even afterwards.

Thank you for taking the time to write of the care you have received by Dr Melinda in our Emergency Department. We are very fortunate to have such dedicated and professional staff working here at St George Hospital. I was very moved to read of your experience and to hear of her amazing attitude and care towards you. I will be sure to pass your very kind words on to Dr Melinda.

I was sorry to read of the treatment and of the poor experience you had recently resulting in a large bruise on your hand. I will make sure that this too is passed on to the staff in the Emergency Department. We value feedback such as yours as it highlights the amazing staff we have as well as areas that require improvement.
