"Continence consultation"

About: Allied Health (Bass Coast Health)

(as the patient),

The continence nurse was very helpful, and understanding. She made lots of useful suggestions and the atmosphere was relaxed.

When I was hospitalised for another issue, the nurse went to the trouble of visiting me in the ward as I wouldn't get to my appointment with her.

On my last visit, the continence nurse made it clear that after discharge, I could still see her at any time if needed.

Dear helpfulandunderstanding,

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback. It is often very embarrassing to seek help for continence issues, and we know that many people suffer with this problem in silence because of that, so it is very encouraging that our nurse made you feel at ease. I hope things are improving for you, and I will pass on your kind words to her - she will be very chuffed.

All the best! Jan.
