My toddler was tested and over 72 hours ago later there was still no result! 

Escalated with Service NSW as no one else will answer their phone as it's a weekend. Told by Service NSW that they will investigate it but it could take up to two business days. Testing is not restricted to business hours only so why do I have to wait for the next business day to have this resolved?

Really disappointed by the processes and the delay in getting this investigated. I know of others who are waiting for their results who were also tested at Westmead Children's. 

Just to be clear, all the staff that I dealt with at Westmead Children's and over the phone have been nothing but professional and helpful. 

This is an issue with the process. In my opinion, there need to be faster solutions for, what I believe are, processing failures. People are putting their lives on hold to do the right thing by getting tested and self-isolating. COVID has been around for 9+months now. In my opinion, you would think the text message service of COVID results would have been sorted by now!
