"Excellent doctor treatment"

I am a diabetic senior citizen. Recently, I was brushing my teeth and my toothbrush with the paste on it went into my eye, causing me immediate pain and redness. After sitting in another hospital's emergency for 3 hours with no advancement, I went to the Sydney Eye Hospital, still in excruciating pain and no further advanced.

As soon as I got in, I was met with the friendly and caring staff at the front desk who tended to me without delay. Then in came Dr Dhiren, who ran tests on my eye and treated me with a level of compassion, diligence and care second to none. Not only did he treat my eye and flushed out the pain, he dealt with me in such a tender and understanding way and I felt comforted knowing I was in good hands. I feel your hospital should be extremely proud of the Doctor he is and the staff you have in treating me and I’m sure, many others, with care, respect and absolute professionalism. I am so thankful to you Dr Dhiren, in my opinion, you are an asset to the medical profession and to the Eye Hospital. I have recovered and will always remember your humility in the way you treated me.
