"Care given"

About: Bunbury Hospital Margaret River Hospital

(as a service user),

Recently, I was admitted to Margaret River Hospital as I had a UTI and unbeknown to me at the time E. coli.

The nurses were all very attentive on that day, during the weekend recently. I was subsequently transferred to Bunbury by ambulance. I have forgotten the names of everyone who attended to me but I remember Sally in the ambulance.

At no time did I feel unattended and uncared for.

I would like to thank all the staff who were working that day. Your help and care was very much appreciated.
